Some friends came over for dinner last night. In conversation I brought up kids for kash not knowing one friend was a part of it! He was 13, never in front of a jusge or magistrate or even sent to the principal's office...four 13 year olds got sent away for 30 days for vandalism!
Once exposed....they got a check for $1000! no apologies though
