Great chart!

If you grow roses, always plant them on the East side of the house where they'll get the first morning sun. This helps them dry off faster, so they don't develop black spot if it rains overnight.

Also, underplant them with garlic & chamomile.

Plant basil next to EVERYTHING... It's one of those "nurse" plants.

You can take a handful of basil or chamomile & steep it, then add to your watering can in the morning. You won't believe how it can perk up a plant that has suffered an attack by insects or whatever.

Mulching your strawberries with pine needles with give you 10X the flavor!

Thank you! Makes so much sense to me. Amazing what plants give back - they feed and maintain lifecycles (unless they're blocked or poisoned by Monsanto crud).

And don't forget to add some Azomite when you're planting. These glacial minerals help restore the soil & therefore the mineral content of your veggies!

ya, you know why Wisconsin used to produce the best crops and cattle? the mineral rich soil, created when the glaciers from Canada came down stream and melted there. As they traveled through Canada, the icebergs collected minerals and created pure mineral rich soil. When they melted in Wis, they dropped their dirt:). Just about the last of it was the kettle morain area in SE Wisconsin.

Bingo!

I also add some blood meal & bone meal, a bit of lime because we have acid soil, some gypsum & some MYKOS, micorrhizae to help establish a healthy microherd in my soil.

People don't realize - living soil is NOT dirt!
