The American Federation of Teachers (AFT) has partnered with self-professed establishment ânews-ratingâ aggregator NewsGuard - to help schoolkids develop into âbetter-informed citizens and voters.â (Axios)
The project has already struck deals with Google and Microsoft to feed users their list of trustworthy outlets and will now be rolled out to all 1.7mn of the AFTâs members.
NewsGuard GM Matt Skibinski told Breitbart News - which has a negative âredâ rating - that âwe also trust that readers are smart enough to⌠make up their own minds.â
