5. pull your kids from school.

7. stop buying all processed foods and going to restaurants owned by large corporations.

google exercises. castor oil packs will help with inflammation and pain. omega 3 and magnesium work better than any pain medicine.

I have found some good videos on the excercises for this condition...but had no clue about the Caster Oil packs etc. you suggested!!

I skated with a broken ankle for 45 minutes once and have a very UNHEALTHY High pain tolerance, which can make things so much worse. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ
I know I need to do something asap!

The key is to do them daily. No skipping. i hurt my knee and my thumb. both times i should have gone to drs and prob surgery. i too also have a high pain tolerance so when i am in tears you know it is bad. i actually order things from vive.com. Great products. You know the expression, fight fire with fire. it cannot be truer for pain. regular exercises with just enough tension when needed makes all the difference in the world.

My thumb was so bad. i had tears coming down my face for 3 weeks during exercise. About 15 minutes later it would get better. It took me 8 whole weeks to actually be able use it. even then I had to be careful. it took 5 months to completely heal. i could not even pick up a piece of paper without torturing myself. i order the rings and putty. Got them in 3 days. yes the exercises were painful but the pain i had if i didnt do them was worse. so it was a no brainer.
