Derecho effects on electrical power in cities
This document provides facts about the widespread loss of electrical power in large cities from windstorms known as derechos. Examples of two cities affected are shown: Kansas City, Missouri on June 7, 1982 and Memphis, Tennessee on July 22, 2003.
