Sec. 1001] being a former federal public defender and federal prosecutor I dealt with these cases a lot, he is basically saying, “You came in and lied to law enforcement, to cops, and to the FBI.” And that’s what they’re saying Michael Sussmann did, they’re alleging that he went to the FBI and lied to them
