This is against the law by Walgreens! If a licensed doctor writes a prescription - they are obligated to fill it. They are essentially practicing medicine without a license. They should be reported to the authorities.

Why can't doctors and hodpitals dispense their own bypassing outside pharmacy? It is not a narcotic.
