Some of the technical information is rather detailed, but it is consistent with the hundreds of papers I've read, including back 15+ years ago when I extensively studied cytokine storms and inflammatory reactions while dealing with a family medical crisis. If you get nothing else from that part than an understanding that these systems in our bodies are very intricately interwoven, and not wise to manipulate with a hatchet, as it were, that would be a good start.
