I lived on the Gulf Coast of Texas for over 55 years and have never seen a 'Low Water Alert'. It's just weird.

The water is going somewhere else perhaps?
There was an incident in the gulf a while back which echoed what happened with that "pipeline" incident but haven't heard anything about it in a while
Just had the thought that the seawater might be used to flood bases/tunnels under the ocean floor...
