If you fall ill with covid here is my reco as an ametuer investigative journalist:
Fever reducer as needed, Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D (with K), an anti-parasitic drug like Ivermectin or ParaGuard….or set up a web med call with America’s Frontline Docs to get hydroxychloroquine. Buy a volumetric inspiratory exerciser (see photo) and use it several times a day. Sleep propped up, not flat. Avoid the hospital at all cost! Their protocol is to treat with remdesivir and ventilate…and then you are as good as dead. ☠️
