There are so many people that feel unworthy and like their life has no value to it. They feel as if they have accomplished nothing or that anything they did accomplish didn't matter.

The reason for this is that they work to establish their worth instead of realizing the worthiness that they were created with when God made them in His image. They don't realize that their true value comes from being a child of God. We are more precious to God than silver or gold. Nothing we can do, can ever make us more valuable and more worthy, in the eyes of God.

When we realize how loved we are by God, then everything that we do will flow from a sense of how worthy we already are. We don't have to toil in our own strength to become worthy. Our worth and value comes from God. We were born with it. We are co-laborers with God and it is His strength working in us to reveal our true value.

Religion lies to us, and tells us we are unworthy. It lies to us and tells us we must become like God when we are already in His image. Religion will tell us all these religious things and principles and steps that we must do to become what we already are. These things keep us running in circles.

It is time to quit believing the lies that we have been told about ourselves and God. We are His treasure. We are His pearl of great price. Jesus paid a great price for us which proves how valuable we are to God.

OUR FAITHFUL DADDY, we are so glad that our value and worth comes from you, and nothing that we do. We are glad that we aren't burdened with a heavy load of having to prove ourselves. It is such a blessing to know that we are your children and we are already in your image. Teach us to see ourselves as you see us, and not as the world sees us.
