I can see it’s a seamless transition in the video between the number changes, but my question is - why did the % of counties in also change from 53% to 49%?

I didn't notice that, but perhaps they needed more votes against the recall so they had to reduce the percentage

I saw the numbers change in real time during the presidential election and didnt rewind and record because i literally didnt believe my 👀👀

It appears the majority of us when presented with in-your-face evidence of corruption or treachery, have a hard time accepting and believing we actually saw what we did. Case in point, all the movies, tv series, comic books etc. telling us the deep state's plans for us like 9/11 before it happened.
