How did I go from seething anger around Veronica’s needless death to wondering if my dog is a Democrat? I am modeling my 3 Step Plan for avoiding a complete mental breakdown in 2021:

Nana and Waqie were talking about this very thing until 3 this morning.
Nana has just been blessed with this I guess, but I have had this same process for dealing with things my whole life.
He can't understand how I do it but I think it had a lot to do with may raising just to be honest & all about giving it to God.
*JFK assassination was one of my first memories in life at bout age 5, & we were never kept away from family funerals or the dealing with death & God's presence in it.
*My Dad drilled in our heads > "Can't Never Could DO ANYTHING" & "Your Name is the most valuable thing you will ever own"
* We were exposed to everything natural in life &taught to deal with everything as it came our way.
He made us strong!

2.Devise A plan
3. Execute plan & turn it over to God
If it doesnt work rinse & repeat but NEVER do NOTHING!
For emotional issues:
