I need an attorney; any recommendations? Employer mandatory vaccination policy put in place this week requires first dose by Sept. 30 or submit a medical or religious exemption and be tested twice per week (even though we are remote). My doctor is not available for an appointment until Oct. 27. If not vaccinated or an exemption submitted (signed by doctor or pastor corroborating religion) by Sept. 30, automatically placed on UNPAID LEAVE OF ABSENCE with no benefits for up to 30 days; no termination to collect unemployment. I have not signed anything and HR said we don't need to sign this new policy.
