This is so curious. I understand that this states that they are being "prepped". My nephew is working heavy machinery at a ship building company in Florida, the company has a government contract. He stated that there is this huge "ship" being built. Currently, it is in sections and is indiscernible, but he stated it doesn't look like anything he has seen before, and he has worked on offshore platforms which are really large. I asked if it was a Coast Guard cutter, he said absolutely not, this was so much larger.
