Thank you for this. I've been so busy the past 2 weeks I haven't checked the Schumann...been soooo off with everything listed. I even took meds because I'm just feeling really gross. Wondered why.

Yup! Me 2!! Sleep comes & goes. I don't recognize my sleep patterns anymore! I'm wired, I'm crashed. I'm wide awake, I'm dreamless. All over the place 🙏😹
