And I am 6’2 feet/inches, so right on the mark of 190 cm . Women at 180 cm is 5’9 feet/inches and many are very close to that.

Eating food fortified with all the vitamins and minerals have already affected young peoples hieght you see today compared with only 30-40 years ago. All my young nephews are 6’4- 6’8 Feet/ inches tall. When I was young I was taller than most at 6’2 feet/ inches tall.

The fact is they are fortified with vitamins and minerals compared to years ago they were not. I’m not taliking about preservatives or fast food just in genral all packaged foods are fortified. So com on man lets talk about facts not theories.

Just pointing out that one size does not fit all. Some fortified vitamins don't work for all people. For example, those with the MTHFR gene, which is a high percentage of the population, they don't know they have it and often their Dr's have no clue either. There is a test for MTHFR.
Many of our baked goods have a synthetic form of folate known as folic acid added. It builds up in the system of those with MTHFR gene (high percentage of the population) and this causes multiple issues.
Misguided or a plan?
With iron in our bodies do we perhaps become more magnetic? Just a question. I don't know. Look where we are now.

This was all going back to why young people are much taller than just 30-40 years ago. They are now 6’4-6’8 or taller which was extremely rare 30 yearsago.
