This is a very real concern, I have noticed so many blue state folks moving to Texas. The housing market is exploding, single family rentals are extremely HIGH (a rental property I was interested in before PLANDEMIC was around $1,500, that property was just leased for $2,200. A family member sold their home in Prosper, TX last week, they paid $750,000 few years back, it sold in one day for 1.4 million, half in cash offer, and it was more than their asking price, I believe it was listed for 1.2 million.
