It has to do with transgenders who are biologically female but who are forced to present as male for several terrible & evil reasons by the cabal, who are forced to be "breeders" in secret to provide children for sacrificial purposes
That could be another reason for the "birthing person" label - once again they are trying to normalize or legitimize something which is unnatural & against the Creator
