The responsibility is on the parents, its experimental. But then even all the other vaccines given to children, the responsibility is also on the parents, because the pharmaceutical companies or not held accountable, knowing what I know today, I would have never vaccinated my children. I was a sheep. But the Good Lord above blessed me with 3 beautiful healthy children, 2 beautiful daughter in laws, and 2 grandbabies that are all healthy, but I know other families who were not so lucky.
