The park video happened before the vax. It was circulating on Twitter a couple of years ago.

I agree the other 2 videos are similar to the anchors freezing and mind control related (?).

It says a year and that is correct as the 1st rollout was March 16, 2020. My guess there was a vaccine site in the park and these people were injected then they were tested by the near microwave signal to record the results.
