The White House is being used as a military prison and for military tribunals (GITMO is full).
Why can I say this with certainty?
Because Washington D.C. is NOT part of the United States (moreover, it is now controlled by a foreign entity ie. China via their puppet, Biden) - as such, military tribinals can take place there, and most specifically, the White House.
One fact that corroborates this supposition - Congress recently tried to introduce a bill to make Washington DC part of the union - this would have made Washington DC “US soil” therefore impossible to hold military tribunals there.
