Sure there are bad cops just like every other job in the world. And the whole gun and badge thing is going to be a bully's wet dream of a job. But most of these great people did it for the right reasons and took their oath seriously. The problem is not police brutality it is media propaganda. I 100% back them. But, They still need education in constitutional law. I'm willing to bet that most wouldn't follow half the orders they get if they knew the actual law. (probably why they don't teach them it.)
