I took a friend to a test center last November , so that she could get a test to travel to Spain. The service was fragmented. When challenging the covid marshalls ,the gentleman said I have only been in this job for two days and was on furlough. So cheap labour and inadequate training, relating to people with disabilities. I struggle to walk and my friend is registered Blind.
