There was not even a pending CPS case nor investigation against Neal when his family escaped to Arizona to Switzerland. Additionally, Neal held Level 1 fingerprint clearance with the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Neal has taken every action a father can take through diplomatic and legal channels. We need thousands of parents to demand that the U.S. gov't intervene in this travesty and miscarriage of justice to demand the immediate and unconditional release of Neal's sons and their return to him.
