People have insane relationships with their preferred (programmed) food and drink. It is nearly impossible to discuss changing. We changed over the years, cutting out all so called soft drinks in favor of water, mineral water and some fresh juices. To help zinc absorption we drink tonic for the quinine. Most good minerals have been omitted from soil. They've been making us sick for decades to boost profits for their medical industrial complex. It's every person for themselves and has been for many decades. My old mother watches endless sports shows and I notice the food porn commercials have significantly increased to disgusting levels.

When I stopped yrs ago I had withdrawals for about a week then never missed them again.
If you cant stand to be without the carbonation go to carbonated water for a bit til you get over them.
They are all TERRIBLE for us.
I know how good they taste sometimes but drinking this shit all the time is sooooo bad for your body and your frequency.
