The problem has never been that there has not been enough evidence. The problem is that the system is corrupt and therefore cannot prosecute the illegalities that have been proven. This message does not seem to take this fact into account.

When a government is completly corrupt, it goes to the Military to investigate and compile the evidence and go to Military courts to decide the outcome. Millitary is to uphold the constitution and protect We The People.

The military probably made that decision after reviewing the evidence they received on January 19. Then they must take the measures and steps they decide they need to take to return power to the civilian side as quickly as possible, ie the legally elected president. It is the legally elected president who then issues orders if military courts are needed in the situation. Since it is not currently possible to inform the public about what is going on, due to the fact that the enemy also receives that information then, no one but those who are part of the very inner circle can know what is happening.
