We are at various stages of the grief, anger, sadness, and so on; all have been on quite the emotional rollercoaster! Keep your prayers going, keep your sense of humor in a good way; watch funny movies from time to time, and take time out to literally stop and smell the roses. Take some treats to your co-workers, make a nice casserole or some cookies for your neighbors. Random acts of kindness work wonders!

Having an attitude of gratitude helps too. Once I spent a few months reminding myself to just say thank you to God. For anything because you do not know the overall picture. can be the weather, near of a car, waking up, food on the table, being able to brush hour teeth and many others. Be creative. it is life changing.
