Trump used COVID-19 to get every state Governor and DC to declare a State of Emergency (which to this day, never ended).
Trump played this all out and knew exactly what would happen - in 2016 they never thought Hillary would lose, but in 2020 the Deep State never thought Trump would allow himself to lose to the fraud.
They were especially caught off guard when they had to actually put puppet Biden in the office due to a smooth transition (they were hoping for disorderly, from the January 6 botch job).
