The Greada Treaty...signed by Pres. Eisenhower, who signed with the Orion group. Ragh (looks like reptilians) and the Mmo (greys). THEY get to EAT Humans/adrenochrome for technology. THEY have been here for eon's. Live Underground and in depth of ocean and Antarctica. The EVIL DEEP STATE show their loyalty by worshipping SATAN, EATING HUMANS etc. This was all done to get the technology, which was never given to the citizens of the planet. and in return for their loyalty they themselves wouldnt be EATEN.
