WE LITERALLY SENT IN THE MILITARY TO OPEN IT UP..
FIRE HYDRANTS — WERE EMPTY
HOUSES HAD SPRINKLERS — BUT NO WATER.
The hardest permit was the Federal permit
& we got it done in 20 days..
More than a year later they don’t have permits
to rebuild their houses..
I’m going to put Lee Zeldin in charge of getting permits
WE’RE GONNA OVERRIDE THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES..
I just want em to get into their houses
& I DON’T WANT A BIG SECTION BUILT INTO
LOW INCOME HOUSING.. It’s not the American Dream..
Everybody gets IMMEDIATE APPROVAL TO BUILD THEIR HOUSE
+ A 10% BONUS & THEY CAN BUILD THE HOUSE 10% LARGER
IF THEY WANT ❤️

I rented an apartment, that had mushrooms growing out of the bedroom walls for 4 years out of college, before I could afford a mortgage... until I worked my way up to an income that would allow a mortgage.

It seems from what I am seeing, that kids just want to walk out of school into a house, without working their way through jobs that can give them the economic requirement to afford a mortgage.

If they join the military, they can eventually get a no down payment, lower interest VA loan too... there are ways, but, you have to work at it to get it.

I am sure there will still be those who are not able to work anything but min wage jobs who will remain in the rental market.

However, many of those jobs will become automated.

So, we must train the young to work hard from a much earlier age - Middle School... or, they will never get jobs of worth, that will allow them onto the property ladder.

Of course, getting rid of taxes will help too.
