Let me explain in light of the IRONY that COLORADO INC.'s Attorney General & Secretary Of State now citing the Constitution. 🙄

1) THE STATE OF COLORADO, INCORPORATED 1876 is just that, a "corporation", and there is no mention ANYWHERE in our Constitution that any form of our American Government can be "corporations" or companies, let alone Privately-Owned or Foreign-Owned ones as these FAKE "STATES OF ___" are.

So by that fact alone, COLORADO, INC., IS A FRAUD, HAS NO RIGHT TO EXIST AND HAS NO LAWFUL AUTHORITY OVER ANYTHING. This "corp" has been depriving the People of Colorado of their In-A-Lienable Rights and stealing their wealth & property for decades.

2) These corrupt "Administrators" have always acted in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, A FELONY, and they did that to Tina Peters from Day 1.

Like any corporation breaking the LAW, they can be SEIZED.

Send in Federal Marshalls... and have them EXPOSE the cartel/jihadi intefada that has been nurtured in that nest of evil.
