I’ve been dealing with termite problems for several years, and unfortunately, I’ve experienced a failure with a Termite Barrier firsthand. I wanted to share my story because I think many homeowners don’t realize how easy it is for these systems to fail if not installed correctly or maintained properly. It all started when I noticed signs of termite activity near the foundation of my home. Mud tubes had appeared along the perimeter, and a few wooden beams showed minor damage. I immediately scheduled a professional Termite Inspection to figure out what was going on. The inspector confirmed that termites had bypassed the barrier in several spots.
