I have just experienced this dilemma. I am sick (hardly ever sick am I). I spoke with my doctor and he told me to come down to the office and they would come out to my car and swab me to see if I have COVID. I thanked him and said I would not do that. I have a sore throat, no fever and I am NOT going to have that poison entered into my very healthy immune system. So I am taking care of myself, letting my Lord and my immune system partner to heal me.

Prayers for a quick recovery. 🙏 Here is what I take daily for keeping my immune system strong, and it works to reduce the length of illness.
1/4 tsp of organic ground
Ginger
Tumeric
Cinnamon
1 tsp of organic lemon juice
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp of organic honey
Stir and drink or spoon into mouth
Also keep your body alkaline by drinking herbal tea with lemon and add lemon to your filtered water.
Tonic water is also heloful
