Cool Urban...it is unseasonable cold in NJ!
Has been even in summer.
Recall years ago thinking about the Magnetic polls shifting..migrating.
(So much so the private pilots were talking about it like it was unusual.)
Maybe SD is becoming warmer and NJ colder!
This year sure seems like it!

It has come close to freezing at night (UNUSUAL before Thanksgiving.) but have not seen frost as yet.
Leaves have been so odd....1/2 green and 1/2 brown!
Yesterday winds strong..knocking things down. When no wind nice yesterday AM then wind stayed.

Does anyone know what they have done to the
SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS for over 65??????????
Changes in 2006 and 2016.
Seems now...over 65 are NOT free to have a Special Needs Trust.
I was just told by an attorney it is the same as GIVING the trust to the State.
REALLY???
Also told if over a certain $$ amount the Special Needs Person is FORCED to loose Insurance for some months/years.
REALLY!!!!!!

Started digging...seems it has been greatly restricted according to North Dakota.
Since the Trust is Irrevocabe... TRUST cannot be changed. The state takes funds and pools it.
SO............when these idiots are tried for TREASON does that reverse these decisions?
💥WHAT ABOUT those harmed in accidents due to somone's poor driving....
What if they have been RESPONSIBLE about alcohol, drugs, avoiding Pharmaceuticals...
and are over 65...
This sounds like the Cov Nursing Home fiasco.
Not valuing people based on age.

As I dig...am leaning to these being Protective measures.
Once I realized Epstein ... the perverts are using Trusts...Federal Gov implemented that Law...my thoughts are changing.
Over 65 1st person State run Pool is mandatory. And a big emphasis is being made for Special Needs Trust to ONLY go for ONLY that person. Thinking so funds NOT stolen.
Now focus is State Trust drawn on...
And if any state can be drawn on.
SD seems to care the most about Trusts.
