I think being able to pay Service Members during the "shutdown" will somehow lead to shutting down the Fed. In this video, the guys explains that our country had no income tax for 137 years. Q Drop 137 lists banks around the world and was posted on Nov 11 (1111).

Well, you know my stance on the Fed & especially the IRS, which both were FRAUDS and therefore should be Vitiated per 98 US 61, Supreme Court 1878.
If America KNEW that the IRS was formed as a Private Trust in Puerto Rico, no one with any brain cells would pay them one stinkin' penny.
IT'S ALL CRIMINAL FRAUD, and the American People are owed FULL REFUNDS of all Income Tax ever paid, plus Interest, plus Penalties for that Crime Committed. It's called RESTITUTION.
On top of that the IRS KNOWS the 16th Amendment was never ratified.
KNOWINGLY. So jail time for FRAUD.
