Oldie, but goodie: 2010 Filipino election committee asking about Smartmatic's untraceable fraudulent software.
By the way, that's Heider Garcia getting grilled. After the Philippines fiasco, he ended up in California. Election stuff. Odd. Then, to Texas for more election stuff. He just resigned from his post in August 2025. Hmmm, what a coincidink.
