family member fell. broke ankle. may need surgery on knee.
Please send a prayer for his recovery.
he has been in terrible pain for days because he was afraid to go to hospital and only took aspirin and advil, but I took him yesterday and did not take no for an answer. had to have 3 neighbors help him get into car.
sigh...
On my way back to hospital shortly. Have not been in a hospital for 10 years.
then the dog literally whimpered and cried for him all night long...

💖 he has to have knee surgery in 4-6 weeks depending on when the swelling goes down.

Yes. He is in pain and struggling with a walker and wheelchair. But at least he can eat a little now and he is trying to set up for physical therapy at home because the referral is 35 miles each way and we live in central Florida! I told him to find places closer and don't just take the referral because people are just going online and not paying attention.
He needs the swelling in his knee to go down and surgery in maybe 4-6 weeks. But he is in pain and cannot hardly move around. This is a person who has spent his entire life helping others and taking care of other people. He is feeling overwhelmed right now.
I am going to ask a neighbor to come over and pray with him later today, but I have to wait until he feels a little better this afternoon.
