Yes, he did that as an employee of we the people. The constitution was created to protect us from the government, so any law they make or takeaway has to be within the boundaries of the constitution or they are null and void. Our problem is the courts keep allowing employees like him and congress to subvert the constitution. The Patriot act is another example. If you spied on or lied to your employer, wouldn't you expect to get fired, or worse? Obama, Bush, ect are no different in that respect, and should even be held to a higher standard.
