I think this one was fulfilled perfectly last year when Hurricane Milton (the original name for Mickey) made landfall on Oct 9, expected to destroy central Florida and pass directly over Disney. It appeared weather modification tech was used to induce “explosive intensification”, but it suddenly fizzled out (I believe) with help from the good guys.
