I am sorry but you people are out of your damn minds if you believe one word of this post! Do your own damn research before liking and forwarding crap that is patently untrue.
The site of the power plant had already been selected and purchased because of its location to multiple other pipelines. Look at the size of the plant in this photo! They don't need to flood Texas to build on this small section of land and look closely and you will see there is no homes to "buy out".
Though they are calling it the Kerrville Power Plant it is not even being built in Kerr County but in Colorado county some 200 miles from the flooding.
