I was one step away from getting on pharmaceutical stomach medications as when I was younger I used to get severe stomach aches and bad acid reflux so I would take Tums like it was candy.
Come to find out tums, mylanta and all the other garbage just coats the stomach and takes the pain away temporarily but causes the stomach to secrete more acids to digest it which ended up causing more irritation to the stomach lining.
I started drinking lemon water which cured my acid reflux and severe stomach aches. Within 30 seconds of drinking lemon water my stomach aches would go away.
Lemon water is a very mild acid and it tricks stomach into thinking there is already an acid in there so it stops secreting too much acid which gave my stomach a chance to heal.
Now I can eat anything 😁

All western medicine is a scam. Treating symptoms is literally shutting off your body's ability to heal. You do not want to get rid of sore throat or temperature. You want to ride it out.

Yes Matt, a sore throat and temperature is a way of the body's natural response but unfortunately we've been deprived of the necessary minerals and vitamins we need in our foods we eat causing these viruses and bacteria to overwhelm the system.
When they made the majority of our fruits and vegetables seedless that took away one of our most crucial vitamins which is vitamin b17.
GMOs have altered the genetic structure by the foods you eat that compromise our ability to digest and absorb the essential nutrients we need.
Food additives and dies are not natural which also affects our metabolism.
Everything that we eat, drink and breathe has been manipulated to the point where our body struggles to heal and develop normally.
All these people involved in the alteration of our God-given rights need to be expelled.

I gave up all western medicine in 1987. Never sick again. Body continually got stronger. I have cut out nearly all processed foods. I buy as much as possible directly from small farms and grow some myself

As it should be but so many people don't have access to these farms in these big cities. I have a feeling all foods are going to start going back to being natural as I'm noticing it on a lot of the packaging already.
