He just acknowledged that Canada is an illegitimate state by stating that he is on “unceded land” while in the capital!
The country is thus legally a terra nullius and open to annexations.

Crown land doesn't exist in BC canada.
No treaties signed
Not taken as a spoil of war by the crown.
British Columbia is still owned by the native indigenous population.
That's why BC natives have "STATUS CARDS"
not called treaty cards like the rest of Canada.
There isn't any treaty records.
