Trump launches chemtrail task force

When I first noticed what was going on in the sky, it seemed to me that the chemtrails were a lot more noxious- you could smell it, birds and animals were acting weird, leaves looked wilted that year there was very little color in the autumn leaves. But at certain point in time, they didn't seem to have as obvious of an effect on the plants and animals anymore, although I'm sure they're still lethal over time. My fear is that the natural weather system has somehow been damaged and this is the only way to produce rain clouds- I'm praying that's not the case. But our government and other governments have set nukes off in the upper atmosphere and that could have caused that to happen. But finally some national coverage of this has started!

The majority of the clouds and moisture come off of the ocean but when they spread chemtrails the sun is not able to heat up the surface of the water to get it to turn into clouds so they're actually creating clouds to block the Sun from doing what it should do naturally

If they suddenly stopped all chem trailing, how long do you think it would take to get back to a normal cycle of weather? Would we face droughts in the Midwest?
