Confirmed dead. Body was unburied and DNA was tested along with other tests done to prove he's dead. Hint, it wasn't Jack Ruby's bullet that killed him. They killed him on the way to the hospital. He knew too much and wanted to make sure he never talked. Then they gave Jack Ruby Cancer to ensure he wouldn't talk.
