I used to attend big corporate events at The Roosevelt Hotel. A flight attendant friend of mine, Delta, used to stay with her crew at The Roosevelt Hotel. Then, it became a free for all for international vagrants subsidized by taxpayers while NYC flounders.

I have one main question what will they do when they clean out the hotel with all the piles of feces in the bedrooms smeared on the walls and in the carpets? What are they going to do with all the human feces lice and rodents that have destroyed this hotel just asking this question for a friend

Make tax payers pay to clean it up, of course... only now there is someone watching to ensure the money is actually spent doing that.
Maybe Trump will buy it really cheaply, and turn it into something worthwhile.
