I couldn't believe people would do this to anybody, particularly children.

I'm not sure the depiction of Jacob Rothschild is correct, there is so much photoshopping the images could have been altered.
I see a likeness to Theresa May, although she is said to be one of Hitler's daughters.
It appears she was removed early in the game, this comparison with Roth shows shadowing which comes with alteration.
