A major clean-up is happening…
• He is accused of sharing sensitive information
with Chinese co-conspirators,
who were posing as graduate students
at a Chinese university, under the pretense of teaching classes….
• Rogers is charged with conspiracy to commit economic espionage,
which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison
and a $5 million fine, and making false statements,
with a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

50 USAID officials were placed on leave.
