Might be your browser. I can get there OK.
Try searching "Guide to Continuity of Government for State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal Governments" with DuckDuckGo or Brave and see what comes up. The FEMA Guide was widely distributed so should be easy to find.

Yes COG it is a game changer and a lot of Folks are thrown off, because the Guide comes from "FEMA". Who do Folks think controls FEMA? I say it's THE MILITARY and that one of the first things the Military cleaned out was FEMA and this "Guide" looks to me like part of THE PLAN to Restore the American Republic - and it's really what we are living & witnessing in real time.

Sure FEMA was founded with Evil intentions, but I say Folks gotta keep in mind that Every Weapon formed against US is being used against THEM.
I think CRIMINALS are even being put into FEMA Camps, but I just haven't confirmed that yet.
The Patriot Act was formed against US,
but White Hats used it to GET IT ALL on THEM.
The AUMF of 2001 based on 9/11 was to make war against US (The War Against Terror),
but that BOOMERANGED on THEM didn't it?
