It should be :

If H-1B workers are so skilled, then why do they need to be educated at American tax player's expense ?
Shouldn't that expense go to educate Americans so they can be skilled at said work ?

The H-1B Visa Program has again, been GRAVELY ABUSED by the Democrats and needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL.

The Problem: America's Education System is so compromised, we DON'T educate for STEM and other high demand careers.

For Example: Information Technology - I had to pay THOUSANDS of dollars for my IT Degree and several Microsoft Computer Certifications while in India, they get their complete IT education for FREE. That's why we see so many India Natives in American Technology Jobs coming here on these visas. 😎

And we agree, point is America does not truly educate its citizens, but it is designed that way, not abused
